The 3A-approved pharmaceutical and sanitary pressure gauges from Alfa Laval are designed and engineered to meet the most stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical, biotech, food, beverage and dairy industries. Stem-mounted and back-mounted models are available.

Liquid Level Controls

Tri-Flo Liquid Level controls are available for any sanitary liquid process, including open or closed tanks and kettles, and clean-in-place applications. They respond to the buoyancy of the float mechanism - not to float motion. When the ball float detects changes in liquid levels, it triggers an air signal to an air pilot valve. The air pilot valve, in turn, controls an actuator regulating the throttling valve. Levels of +/- 1/8" (3 mm) are thus maintained through the use of properly sized Series 771 or 371 throttling valves.
