Feldmeier TRIPLE-TUBE™ and DOUBLE-TUBE Heat Exchangers have been efficiently and successfully used throughout the world since 1952 in the processing of fluids, slurries and slurries in suspension.

Installations include cooling to 32°F, heating to higher than 300°F, aseptic applications and UHT systems. Capacities range from 1,000 lbs. to 120,000 lbs. per hour. The systems will withstand product flow pressures up to 4000 p.s.i. and flow velocities up to 18 feet per second with single pass or recirculation flow. As shown in the diagram, heating and cooling liquid passes both sides of the product in counter-current flow. This principle also applies to TRIPLE-TUBE™ and DOUBLE-TUBE regenerators providing significant energy savings.

Dimpled Tubes are a unique feature of DOUBLE-TUBES and TRIPLE TUBES™. "Outside-In" Dimpling ensures concentric tube alignment and uniform flow space by eliminating tube sag. Dimpling produces C.I.P. cleanable smooth curved surface protrusions.
