Water Control Assemblies
Each tank is equipped with a top mounted anti-siphon connection. Water lever
is controlled throughout operation by conductivity level probes and a water
solenoid valve. Pressure-level sensors are available as an option.
Tank
Standard #4 I.D. & O.D. with ID welds color cleaned, heavy gauge T304 stainless
tanks feature smooth radius-corners, all-welded construction with panned top
and sloped bottom with anti-vortex baffle. Hinged manway cover, skimmer overflow,
clamp fittings and heavy duty legs are standard.
Valve/Manifold Arrangements
Standard suction and return manifolds are provided with air-actuated, unpolished
open-yoke CIP shut-off valves. Butterfly, diaphragm, or polished open-yoke valve-manifold
assemblies are available.
Skid-mounted Frame
The standard CIP unit provides a heavy-duty square-tube frame assembly for tank,
pump and panel mounting.

Heating Assembly
Heating choices range from in to use of an in-tank steam injection arrangement
to a 2-pass u-table shell and tube heat exchanger to provide proper operating
materials during the cleaning program. Air operated ball and modulating steam
valves may be provided.
Chemical Control Options
Includes pumps for:
(A) Chemical feed directly into the solution tank.
(B) Metered injection into the CIP suction manifold.
In addition,
(C) A programmable conductivity controller can be provided to monitor and control
in-tank chemical concentrations and improve final rinse effectiveness.
CIP Control Systems
- Sani-Matic offers logic controls that are pre-programmed to provide flexibility
for multiple wash operations.
- Complete documentation of the CIP components and controllers is provided
in the operation manual.
