Flow Indicators

Many rigid piping systems require visual inspection to monitor product levels and movement. ClearGard® flow indicators have been designed to maintain your ultra pure environment with a revolutionary new tubing material called Chemflour® 367. Resistant to virtually all known chemicals, Chemflour® 367's non-stick surface is up to six times smoother than standard PFA tubing. This reduces the potential of costly down time due to cross-contamination. Chemflour® 367 provides excellent visual clarity and can be safely used at -100°F to +400°F.

ClearGard® flow indicators utilize PermaSeal® radial crimped couplings for added durability and increased pressure ratings. Each coupler is manufactured from grade 316L stainless steel and provides a full flow smooth bore inside diameter. All product contact surfaces have a 15Ra or better finish. Non-metallic stems are available in a number of polymers for metal sensitive applications. Chemflour® 367 cal also be ordered as a homogenous** unit thus making it the smoothest internal bore flow indicator available today. ClearGard® flow indicators will not discolor and are not affected by ultra-violet light. Available in ½" through 3" inside diameter in lengths up to 6' long.
